The Sumter Community Action Partnership (C.A.P.) was established in 2015 as a joint effort by multiple community organizations who are committed to reducing teen drug and alcohol use. In 2017, the Coalition was awarded a Drug Free Communities Support Program Grant under the fiscal management of E 3 Family Solutions.
It is our goal to educate families in Sumter County and advocate for a safe, healthy community for our teens and families. We want all teens to make positive choices to become successful and establish their own healthy families in Sumter County in the future.
